Tiles Binary – ObiPix Wallpapers

Tiles Binary is a style of wallpapers on ObiPix.com. I modified it a bit today.

In the code to m ake this wallpaper, there’s a variable I called $mortar. The mortar is the space between two tiles – like a normal tiled wall. On several occasions when I wanted to design something or make a background using this style, I noticed the mortar was too wide…so today, I’ve reduced it.

So, most times, there isn’t going to be a mortar! Which also looks ‘cool’.

mt_rand is the recommended random number generator in PHP, which is four times faster than the deprecated rand(min, max).

I’ve attached some samples of wallapers this style generates now. I hope you like it!
